After several years in graphic design, Josick Harel (France ) conceived his mastery as a painter by practicing watercolor before tasting the pleasure of oil painting. For him, drawing is the basis of a well-structured work. He put his technique into practice with what attracted him the most; scenes of daily life, preferably urban. Everything is a spectacle, everything is a subject. He captures a movement, he captures a light, a situation, a colorful harmony, an ephemeral moment. The urban space is a mine of inspiration, he says. When we see his paintings, we understand his human warmth and his taste for life.
