Aso, Kumamoto 🇯🇵 | Japan’s Most Beautiful Countryside

We traveled through Kumamoto and Aso. Kumamoto is also well known as the hometown of Shin-chan’s mother. In this video, we explore the Aso region of Kumamoto Prefecture, capturing the diverse scenery that Kumamoto and Aso have to offer — from breathtaking natural landscapes to historic shrines and traditional onsen towns. We especially took our time exploring the vast landscapes of Aso, home to one of the world’s largest calderas, as well as small towns where the unique atmosphere of Japan can still be felt.
