Trump Rants About Reflecting Pool In Final Major Appearance Before Election Day - https://www.forbes.com/sites/saradorn...

"Trump, announcing the Reflecting Pool had reopened again after more than six months of renovations, spoke there for about 20 minutes about the structure’s renovation project and crime and vandalism in Washington, D.C., before pivoting to the election.

He showed photos of grass he alleged had been vandalized, called former FBI Director James Comey a “dirty cop” and joked he is giving “serious consideration” to renaming the Reflecting Pool, a reference to other buildings and institutions Trump has renamed after himself during his second term.

“The vandals went to work, but we also went to work on the vandals,” Trump said, apparently referring to the people who were charged with vandalizing the Reflecting Pool, despite the charges being dropped after prosecutors determined the Reflecting Pool damage was due to faulty construction."
