The creator shares their morning routine, including supplement stacks, meal prepping, gym visits, and coffee runs, while discussing skincare struggles and the benefits of various health products before winding down with a rejuvenating evening.
Good morning, you guys.
I'll take you guys along with me
to make my morning drinks and my supplements.
But first, we're making matcha.
Making a matcha americano.
I'm starting to speak now.
I'm gonna make my supplements.
Forgot I don't
do this every day,
but some days when I do remember,
I like to do bone broth in the morning.
This is in the microwave, forgot.
I also like to add salted sea salt just a little bit.
There you have it.
I have my four drinks.
the
celtic
sea salt
really
does it
too.
ready
to go to
the gym.
today is
back day.
i just
did corn.
i actually air fried this and chicken balls
with japanese barbecue sauce.
these are ground chicken
and then i have breakfast sausages also air fried and then
i boiled chicken breasts and i put salt and pepper
and i put the celtic sea salt. really ground.
salt pieces that are actually common in korea i think. spring onions
and i also have red onions
but i think i want to make them
into pickled onions. but this makes my life so much easier
to have all my main ingredients
prepped up like this. so i'm having
a lot of hormonal acne right
And I did get tretinoin and this other acne gel.
But I don't think it's working because this is like a hormonal issue.
It's not like a topical kind of solution.
It's not a solution for just topicals.
Like this is internal.
I feel like I need like hormonal solutions.
Another
beautiful
day
today.
I'm so excited to go on my morning walk and get coffee.
It's
not open.
Just cash.
Going to get coffee.
I don't know if I'll bring much stuff.
I think I'll just bring my keys
and earphones.
I love my new Asics.
These are my favorite shoes.
Has
some
great
keys.
Waxie is also a really good bagel shop.
That's actually one of my top three favorite bagels.
spots in New York. Apollo Bagels is number one.
I would honestly say Black Seed is number two,
but only in select locations.
Really cute dog stores too because there's so many dogs here.
That's gonna be on the left.
Okay, I'm back home
and about to go to Cycle.
It's in like 25-ish
minutes, so I am gonna take a pre-workout snack.
I make these like energy balls. They're like rolled
Cold Oats.
um smashed um dates and cacao nibs
and sunflower seeds real good
but i'm gonna um
deciding between which milk to use i've
been really loving the banana milk
i discovered this back in april
and now they have it at coffee shops at like
Blackstone in the West Village and Love Cafe
also has it so that's really exciting
It tastes so good. It's made with natural bananas.
It's only made with water, organic bananas,
and organic sunflower seeds. So it's super clean, no added sugar.
The sugar, like the sweetness is
from the bananas, but this one's made with honey,
almonds, and filtered water. So yeah, I don't know
which one to do. I think I'll do the almond.
I already added milk in my coffee, but they didn't
I didn't get enough milk, so.
It's like very watered down because all the ice melted.
i also don't like when coffee shops don't do the espresso to water
or espresso to milk ratio well
and it's just like heavily watered down or milked down
so i saw a tiktok where people said sometimes
they would just order like an iced latte with less milk
so that the espresso is stronger so that might
be a hack but then people were complaining to just order
an iced cappuccino but some cafes don't do
So, and cappuccinos, they have a foam, so it's different.
I don't know, maybe I should buy a coffee machine.
But part of the fun is going out to the coffee,
but going to the coffee shops is part of the fun of mornings.
And that was really good.
Also, I don't know if I did a proper supplement video,
but I recently added this to my supplement stack.
It's psyllium husk, but it's a whole husk fiber,
and it looks like oat flakes.
it's just like very flaky and i think it's
because it's the whole husk fiber
so it actually tastes really good it kind of tastes like oats
or like oat bran and i love
adding this to like with ice and milk
and just shaking and just drinking it like that and
psyllium husks like sometimes they can be like there can be added sugar
in some brands and sometimes it's just very thick and like
not really a fun experience to drink but this one i really like
and actually also add this to like my baked goods or like oatmeal
um literally anything and it doesn't taste like anything
and it almost tastes oaty or nutty in a way if that makes sense
Um, I also like this collagen peptides.
I don't know if I would buy it again though.
I like Paleo Valley's bone broth protein.
and that's also collagen
so um i think i like the taste of that better because it is sweeter
and i love the vanilla flavor this one is vanilla
but it's very subtle and i don't really like how
it mixes and it gets very like it like clumps
together it doesn't really mix well so yeah
but i have it so i have to finish it the reason why i got it
though is because it is
hydrolyzed so it kind of absorbs into your body quicker
and more efficiently
um and it has all natural flavors it's actually sweetened
with monk fruit um and the asian term
for it is luo han guo if you guys speak chinese i think
that's chinese but yeah i also
love this um cacao powder it's like
my night sweet cap i love finishing the night with a hot cocoa
literally it's like my favorite thing i look forward
to this almost every dinner almost after
for every dinner.
And it's literally just organic cacao powder,
natural flavors, also sweetened with monk fruit extract.
It has chamomile, magnesium, L-theanine, and electrolytes.
And it's really important to have electrolytes at night,
too, because you're not drinking water for, like,
seven to nine hours, so you're going to be dehydrated.
But this one helps you hydrate overnight,
and all the really good calming ingredients like L-theanine,
chamomile, magnesium helps you sleep.
And honestly, I just take it because it tastes so good,
but also all the added benefits are
really great too.
A major perk of living in the U.S. is there's
a lot of like healthy supplements and foods
and pantry items,
and I think I will miss that if I ever leave the U.S., but yeah.
That's my little haul.
These are my two actually top.
Yeah.
Yeah.
They also have I don't know what. Since when?
Oh my goodness. They also have a split 59.
I think it's like an LA brand.
I've been wanting to feel their workout gear.
Pretty soft.
A bunch of different unique brands that I've never heard of.
I'm going to brush it.
These are cool, like, work casual comfy pants.
They also have this Bori top that I was...
Is it Yuri or Bori? I don't know.
But they have this top that I was thinking of a few months ago.
There's this person, woman, playing the clarinet, like, every morning.
And she's been doing it, like, a few times now.
Every time I pass by Equinox.
Just gonna chill here
for a bit.
Wow, is this not a stunning view or what?
This pigeon is awfully close to me, I think it's staring at me.
Wait, they're all staring at me.
This is my cute little workout bag.
It's a cute small duffel, got it like three years ago.
There's always people playing volleyball here,
it makes me want to play.
But beach volleyball is so difficult.
Oh my gosh, someone just got married.
This is so cute, oh my goodness.
They're all clapping.
I got my baguette, it's pretty big.
There was a lot of good reviews on the train sandwich
at this place called,
I don't know if that's how you pronounce it,
but wow, that looks great.
They have really good reviews on this.
Also their matcha looked really green, so I might try it.
First bite.
Wow, that's really good.
Oh, I think I know why it's so good.
It's the sauce that makes it so good.
on the bottom i don't know what it is it's like
a tomato based sauce but it's so good honestly
summer is for baguettes
and sandwiches it just hits so much better
the arugula on this is so good
such a perfect such
a good pairing i'm sure
because i did a massage
and i did
hot pilates in the morning so and then i was like out all day so
I did a mid afternoon late afternoon shower
and honestly I kind of really like midday showers
like right before dinner
because I remember whenever I used to travel somewhere tropical
like the girls and I the family we would just shower before
our dinner and it was like the
best feeling ever and it kind of feels like I'm on vacation
when I do that so I want to
Maybe start doing that so I feel like
I'm on vacation, but it's
so rejuvenating to just wind down really early in the evening.
I'm looking very yellow right now, but I just want
to show you guys this Chanel, Coco Chanel
thing I got on the streets.
They're passing out these newspaper magazines.
It's so cute. I think I'll use it as home decor.
but there's a Chanel store opening up in Williamsburg so
i think they're just advertising it. my dinner
is protein pasta with tons of
fiber in it with just salt and butter and a little
bit of cottage cheese. i'm making a cherry blueberry
blackberry spinach avocado and almond butter
smoothie right now. and she goes
in the blender. i feel like i should have done
We've done less milk, it's very liquidy.
but it looks like acai because from the cherries
and blueberries. really good. i topped it off with
cinnamon. i'm just gonna add chocolate chips
because chocolate chips are really good with
smoothie bowls and like acai bowls. so yum! this is my sweet treat.
