Speaking at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, President Trump revealed that vandals had damaged newly installed grass with acid and left behind the message “86 47.”

“You know what that means? That was a Comey phrase,” Trump said, interpreting the message as a threat against him and linking it to former FBI Director James Comey.

“@Comey was a dirty cop”

POTUS said the damaged grass had to be completely replaced and that additional security cameras have since been installed.

“Bad people, sick people”
