Cuneo Volley vs Lube Civitanova | Highlights | Superlega 26/27. Cuneo Volley pushed unbeaten Lube Civitanova through four competitive sets in the Italian SuperLega 2026/27! On November 1, 2026, Cucine Lube Civitanova defeated Acqua Sant’Anna Cuneo 3–1 (25–21, 21–25, 25–21, 25–22) in the third round of the regular season. In front of 3,530 spectators at Cuneo’s Palasport in San Rocco Castagnaretta, the teams battled for 117 minutes before Lube secured another important away victory.

After losing the opening set, Cuneo responded with determination, winning the second and becoming the first team to take a set from Civitanova in this season’s league campaign. Nathan Feral’s powerful serving repeatedly tested Lube’s reception, but the visitors maintained their composure, regained control in the third set, and held off another challenge in the fourth to collect all three points.

Aleksandar Nikolov earned the MVP award with 20 points, including one ace and two blocks, finishing with a 50% attacking success rate. Eric Loeppky delivered 15 points with an outstanding 67% attacking success rate, while Mattia Bottolo added 11 points and Giovanni Gargiulo contributed 10. Simeon Nikolov scored five points while directing Lube’s offense. Civitanova also adjusted their middle-blocker rotation when Klimes replaced Howe at the start of the third set after Howe experienced ankle discomfort.

Cuneo’s Nathan Feral finished as the match’s top scorer with 22 points, including an incredible six aces and two blocks. Poriya Hossein Khanzadeh added 14 points, Ethan Champlin and Mosca contributed seven each, and Codarin finished with six. Feral’s aggressive serving kept the home side competitive throughout, particularly during the fourth set.

Lube’s attacking consistency ultimately made the difference. Civitanova converted 59% of their attacks compared with Cuneo’s 41%, while the hosts led the ace count 10–7. Both teams finished with seven blocks. The result gave Lube three victories and nine points from their opening three matches, matching a perfect league start the club had last achieved in the 2017/18 season.
