Ingredients: (1 cup = 240 ml)

For the cream filling:
Cornstarch 20 g (2 tablespoons)
Sugar 35 g (3 tablespoons)
Milk 180 ml (3/4 cup)
Place over low heat and stir constantly until thickened.
Butter 20 g
Vanilla 1/4 tsp

Cake:
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Sugar 120 g (3/5 cup)
Boiling water 2 tablespoons
Cocoa powder 15 g (1 heaping tablespoon)
Oil 100ml (1/2 cup)
Milk 60 ml (1/4 cup)
Flour 160 g (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
Baking powder 5 g (1 tsp)

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25_30 minutes.
