One-Pan Baked Chicken and Gravy with Potatoes and Vegetables

This is a magical self-saucing Chicken and Gravy where everything gets put in a pan, popped in the oven, then out comes an incredible dinner of roasted chicken pieces, potatoes, carrots and peas all smothered in a rich gravy.
It's a one pan oven baked chicken dinner that will save you when you're short on time!
I know the gravy making method is unorthodox, but it really works and it's totally delicious. This is not one of those hacks that sacrifices flavour for the sake of convenience. I have used it for a sausage and vegetable bake, and a plain chicken and gravy bake in the past, and both recipes have hundreds of glowing reviews.
Anyway, hope you give it a try! Love to know what you think
