Haley Stevens Presser Following Mike Rogers Endorsement

You know you mentioned Islamophobia, Abdul and his incredible family, they are very proud Muslim Americans and Muslim Americans are going to cast their vote as well, right? And I don't want to speak for anyone, all I can do is speak for myself. I'm sure that Mike is talking with and working with, you know, some of the Muslim American community. That is one of our pride Pride and Joy is here in Michigan. This is not anti-Muslim. At all. It's just simply where I am in this moment. I'm at a church. I'm with my faith. I'm being honest with the public. And, you know, I'm excited to see what Michigan does. We don't know what the Senate's going to look like. I'm not trying to be the soothsayer on it. I'm not trying to be the soothsayer on anything other than the integrity of being honest with people. When someone says to you, you are not welcome in my campaign. You take the message, and that's what Abdul said.
