This guy has a 3,500 person waiting list to try the top-notch New York style pizza he makes out of his shared two-bedroom apartment in San Diego, California.

He runs two pizza pop-ups per week, selling 20 pizzas per day. All from his apartment!

Today, I’m diving into his world to see exactly what it takes to make such a sought after pizza in a normal home oven - and of course, to see if the lottery-like buzz is worth the wait.
