人在美國廊橋節，心卻已經飛到台灣！🍁🇹🇼

這次和 Nate、管家、慧姐一起到印第安納州 Parke County 逛廊橋節。他們也是我們即將一起去台灣的旅伴，結果一路聊著聊著，話題就變成了山豬肉、地瓜葉、水蓮和龍鬚菜！還沒出發，美食清單就已經越來越長了。😂

除了欣賞秋色、走進歷史廊橋、逛市集，我們還去古董店挖寶，買到了銀手鍊，成了這一天的小收穫。✨

影片裡也聊到廊橋為什麼需要屋頂、讓人聯想到《廊橋遺夢》的鄉村風景，以及阿米什社區的文化與生活方式。

原本還計畫去附近的阿米什餐廳吃飯、到他們經營的商店買些食物，可惜碰上他們過節，想去的店都休息了。所以我們穿插了先前在印第安納州北部另一個阿米什社區拍到的馬車畫面，和大家分享我們對這種生活方式的好奇。

Join Nate and me for a day at Indiana’s Parke County Covered Bridge Festival with our friends and upcoming Taiwan travel companions!

We explore historic covered bridges, enjoy the fall scenery, browse the market, and stop at an antique shop—where we find a silver bracelet to take home. ✨

Along the way, we share why traditional wooden bridges have roofs and introduce a few aspects of Amish culture and everyday life. The nearby Amish restaurant and shops we planned to visit were closed for a holiday, so we’ve included footage from an earlier drive through a different Amish community in northern Indiana.

Meanwhile, our conversation keeps drifting toward Taiwan—and the mountain pork, sweet potato leaves, water snowflake stems, and chayote shoots we’re looking forward to eating! 😂
