Appeals Court Rules In Trumps Favor! National Guard Headed To Portland!

James Kaufman, World News Report Today Court smacks down Judge Emmergut. Guard heads to Portland. A federal appeals court on Monday allowed President Trump to deploy the National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon, after a judge recently issued a temporary restraining order. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals lifted the lower court's temporary restraining order in a two-to-one decision. President Trump previously called up hundreds of California National Guard troops to Portland to circumvent the judge's order blocking the Oregon National Guard troops' deployment. Trump also activated 400 Texas National Guard troops for deployment to Oregon, Illinois, and other states amid violent anti-ice protests. Earlier this month Judge Karen Emmergut blocked all of President Trump's National Guard deployments to Portland, Oregon. Judge Emmergut issued a temporary restraining order and blasted President Trump's decision to deploy troops. The temporary restraining order was set to expire October 18th. However, Judge Emmergut last week extended her temporary restraining order ...that blocked Trump from deploying National Guard troops to Portland. Judge Emmergut blasted Trump and warned Trump that his justification to deploy troops to Portland may send the country into a constitutional crisis. We definitely have some screwball judges that have been placed on the bench. Scary stuff. They're not into law and order. For whatever reason, a bunch of leftist liberal losers.
