October on the Smallholding 🍂 Plot Tour, Weeding, Apple Picking & a Surprise Bird’s Nest!

Join me for an October plot tour here on our little UK smallholding! 🍂🌻

In this smallholding and garden catch-up, we're visiting the veg plot and small flower patch as autumn takes hold.

There's weeding to do, pumpkins to harvest and sunflowers to clear away before the weather turns. As Storm Boelo brings stormy autumn weather to the UK, we experience a bit of wild weather in the garden too! 🌧️

Next, I head to the apple tree to harvest some apples and discover a little bird's nest tucked away among the branches. Then it's off to the front garden, where some fascinating mushrooms have appeared almost overnight!

From seasonal gardening jobs and homegrown harvests to unexpected wildlife and fungi discoveries, there's always something happening on our little patch of land.
