Hollywood Piano is hosting an Oktoberfest sale featuring Petroff pianos. Based in the Czech Republic and still family-run by the sixth generation, Petroff is Europe's largest piano factory, renowned for its romantic sound and historic prestige, with instruments used by world-class artists and in legendary opera houses globally.
This is the Artist Pianos showroom at Hollywood Piano.
We call it Artist Pianos of Los Angeles.
In this room is the greatest collection
of premium pianos in the United States where
you'll see every possible selection of styles
and finishes from the greatest pianos of Europe.
Today, we're going to feature this piano.
It's Oktoberfest at Hollywood Piano
and we're having our big Oktoberfest sale of European pianos
and today I'm featuring the Petroff.
Now Petrov has an amazing history that goes back to 1864
and Anton Petrov and today the family is still run
by the sixth generation of the Petrov family.
Actually there's a mother and daughter in the Czech Republic
who go to work every day.
whose last name is Petroff,
who will oversee the production of this piano.
Currently, the Petroff Piano Factory
is the largest piano factory in all of Europe,
producing both uprights and grands.
In 1899, Anton Petroff was selected
to be the court piano maker for the Austria-Hungary Empire,
if you can believe there was such a thing,
and that was a great honor in those days.
Petroff has won many international awards,
including the gold medal at the Grand Prix in Brussels.
Petroff pianos are used at places like La Scala in Milan
and the Opera House in Sydney.
Famous Petroff owners are people like Paul McCartney,
Richter, Oscar Peterson, Ray Charles.
Ennio Morricone, Taylor Swift, Princess Diana.
And here in Los Angeles,
we provided beautiful Petroff piano that was used in the Oscars and
the Grammys by Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas.
And it's actually the same model that Finneas bought from us, he owns.
And if you look at footage of the Oscars
and the Grammys from two years ago, you'll see
that beautiful upright that we provided.
Petroff represents a...
Beautiful, romantic sound.
It's the romantic side of European piano building,
all the way from La Scala in Milan to the Sydney Opera
House to the Czech Republic.
To a mother and daughter who run that company,
Petroff has a long, historic tradition of amazing piano building.
And you can see both upright and grand versions of the Petroff.
And we have everything up to a concert grand Petroff
I personally selected at the Petroff factory from four others.
It's really, really exceptional.
You've got to try it.
So come see it at Hollywood Piano
at 499 South Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena,
or call us at 1-800-MY-PIANO.
That's 1-800-MY-PIANO.
