AI GeneratedNVIDIA introduces RTX Spark, a new class of PC that merges high-performance computing with portability. By combining the Blackwell GPU, an efficient CPU, and 128GB of unified memory, it enables creators and gamers to run local AI models, 3D rendering, and AAA games simultaneously, removing technical barriers to creativity and productivity.
Over the course of time, NVIDIA has redefined the PC.
RTX Spark, it is a new class of PC.
The first time I saw RTX Spark,
it was a pretty, you know, kind of experience.
It was just mind-blowing.
It changed how I used a computer,
and it changed how I thought of my computer.
We have so much knowledge out there,
and now we have the tools out there to train your own models.
Imagine having that in one system. It's like, hey, that's what I want.
RTX Spark is a game changer for daily use,
and for us, it's a massive win.
The thing that makes this amazing is that it's built
on over 30 years of NVIDIA technology in the stack.
NVIDIA was founded in 1993, 33 years ago.
First product that hit the market, Revo 128,
1996, utilized Microsoft's DirectX.
Then we launched GeForce 256, the first GPU.
It really started a new generation of look and feel for games.
In 2006, we introduced CUDA, bringing a programming language
that would unlock the compute potential of a GPU.
Then in 2018, we launched RTX.
RTX brought real-time ray tracing and AI tensor cores into one device.
And today, virtually every AAA game that's launched
features ray tracing that was inspired and powered by RTX.
Over time, more and more gamers and creators were looking for laptops.
NVIDIA and Microsoft have been on a journey for decades.
In Windows, we can imagine some incredible things
that you can do on a device.
And AI has transformed how we've thought about using a computer.
And I was always wondering, how could we make this faster?
I realized the vision was there,
but the hardware and the software weren't there yet.
All of those stepping stones are coming in place.
And the result of that energy, that excitement,
and years of hard work
is RTX Spark.
RTX Spark combines our latest generation Blackwell GPU
with one of the most power-efficient CPUs
on the planet, paired with 128 gigabytes of memory.
The most ever for an RTX GPU,
accelerating today's applications and the future of AI.
What excites me most about RTX Spark
and the creative community that's gonna be using it
is it won't take long for them to realize
that the technology is going to disappear for them.
They're going to be able to focus on their creative vision.
The rest kind of just fades away
and they can focus on what they're after.
Just a few months ago, we took the RTX Spark
and we brought it in front of a few hundred creators.
And I got to sit in a room and demo it with them one-on-one.
Their eyes popped open as we multitasked
between a local model and 3D rendering
and then playing a game
at over 100 frames per second.
We set a goal for ourselves for both The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk
to make sure that both of these titles are perceived
as benchmark for what PC gaming is capable of.
NVIDIA has been an extremely supportive partner on that front.
When NVIDIA brought ray tracing and DLSS,
we could start thinking about much,
much denser and bigger environments when it comes to the lighting.
And it will allow us to crank up the immersion,
which is of utmost importance
to us whenever we're building those worlds.
those worlds and with the introduction
of RTX Spark we can bring this level of
quality to a much much wider audience
so it really feels like a cool breakthrough
moment for us as developers as well.
I do feel that the combination of performance
and portability is something almost unprecedented
and makes me personally
the most excited.
With my experience in general with machine learning and AI a
lot of it comes down to training data.
If you have the right images going in you
get the right thing coming out.
Having a machine that has a modern architecture
unified memory is a huge game changer not only
in how long a battery lasts and how much work you can
do but also like the kind of stuff you can
do on your laptop we're entering an era where it's not
about having a giant lab train a model we're entering
an era where you can train a model
it's not just another laptop with a GPU
and CPU it's a whole unified memory system and that means you
can do some pretty crazy stuff with that memory having
that power of pattern recognition and
machine learning and neural networks
at your fingertips is really really cool i think we're
We're gonna see incredible content coming
from individuals, small teams,
and that aha moment is gonna be when you realize
your creativity is no longer tethered
and the possibilities of your vision
become the most powerful thing.
It'll be a new way of measuring your performance,
a new workflow that you go and enter,
and now you can do the tasks you want
without having to have your technology hold you back.
Thin, light, all-day battery life,
but what's gonna blow them away is the performance.
CUDA, RT cores, Tensor cores, DLSS,
all of the technologies that you would expect
as a gamer or creator are now available
in a performant, power-efficient, thin and light laptop
and small form factor PCs.
This has never been possible before.
This is a new generation of PC.
No one's ever had this capability before
and the kinds of things that people are gonna do with it
are gonna be incredible and I can't wait to see
what they're gonna produce by themselves
in a studio with a machine that they can take anywhere.
That's game changing.
