LORZOR 1979 Series Review: Full-Grain Leather + Aluminum Pop-Up Wallet
In this LORZOR 1979 Series Review I take a close look at the LORZOR 1979 wallet, a slim full grain leather wallet that combines an aluminum pop-up card mechanism with practical everyday carry features. This LORZOR 1979 wallet review covers build quality, card capacity, cash carry, RFID protection, and real-world front pocket use.
The LORZOR 1979 is a leather minimalist wallet built with full-grain leather over an aerospace aluminum core. It uses a one-touch pop-up card system so you can fan out several cards quickly, while an outer slot and removable money clip give you room for additional cards and folded bills. In this minimalist wallet review I test how well it works as a slim wallet, an EDC wallet, and a tactical wallet for daily front pocket carry.
Key points covered in the video:
-Full grain leather quality and how it ages
-Aluminum pop-up wallet mechanism and card access speed
-Capacity for cards and cash with the money clip wallet design
-RFID blocking performance
-Thickness, weight, and comfort as a front pocket wallet
-Pros, cons, and whether it ranks among the best slim wallet options in 2026
If you are looking for a pop up card wallet that still feels like a proper leather minimalist wallet rather than a pure metal cardholder, the LORZOR 1979 is worth considering. This LORZOR wallet review is based on hands-on testing so you can decide if it fits your carry style.
