Wild Horses in the Woods! One Forest, Multiple Bands, Endless Stories

There's something magical about watching wild horses move through the piñon and pine forest, especially when you never know who's coming around the next tree!

Several different bands are passing through the woods near the pond and water tank, coming and going as the range carries on with its daily business. Stallions, mares, and their families weave between the trees, each band with its own destination and its own story.

Some pass through quietly. Others make you wonder what might be happening just out of sight. And every arrival leaves you watching for the next one.

This is a little window into life on the range, where the forest provides shade, the water draws visitors, and the cast of characters is always changing.
