Hey guys, it's Moxie Patty. How are you? Nightwish is back and this is called The Poet and the Pendulum. When I was doing some research, I guess Tuomas was inspired by Edgar Allan Poe. It's called The Pit and the Pendulum. In that, I guess this particular psychopath was torturing his victims. um when i was doing the research i haven't um heard the song but i saw the lyrics um it felt to me that possibly Tuomas was going through a lot of pain and a different situation in his life so it inspired him to write this song so let's check this out i'm super excited about it and this is of course Floor be singing her heart out here we go to say that's one of the most beautiful song i've heard from Nightwish oh my gosh and i think Floor did an amazing job in the beginning oh it was her opera voice is amazing at the end oh my god it's phenomenal the way they ended but i think the song is about um Tuomas and his pain the song took me from sadness to hurt to oh my gosh just so many different emotions that we ride different waves in life of what has happened we have two faces one for this particular situation one for another situation and it's like eating him up and it is oh my gosh i feel like i want to cry it's it's such a beautiful straightforward but yet different song from them that i've like said this is my journey and what he went through or has gone through or in that bad situation oh my gosh this is like the beginning of like a fresh new wave that's coming towards him that's what i gather i'm going to listen to it again but like i said so much different emotional emotions is going through through me right now i said sadness cry like my heart was hurting like i want to cry right now oh my gosh he's brilliant by the way Nightwish brilliant love the band you know this is my journey Marco voice is amazing Floor voice is amazing and Tomas just the way he put everything together and i remember seeing a little um interview about this you know of his inspiration by Edgar Allan Poe and i'm gonna have to look at that again guys oh my gosh i love it all right sorry do me a favor guys if you like this video hit the like hit the sub and don't forget to hit the bell down below it's our cozy cup club don't forget to join along with my merch do me a favor leave me a comment what do you think i know you're going to tell me anyways But you know, that's what I love about y'all.
