My Bass Guitar | Reveal/Unboxing

Hey guys, it's Matsa Patti, how are you? So I decided that I'm going to learn how to play, can you speak by the way, the bass, bass, bass guitar. And I revealed just a little bit of it in the Band-Maid video, but so let me tell you. So Band-Maid is amazing, they're very phenomenal and they're great and I wanted to pick up instrument and I think I'm gearing well I have to now because I bought it haha towards the bass guitar and I'm very excited yes this is my strap and so it's just so cute but I'm real serious about it so let me tell you a story so I went to the guitar place not the actual guitar place but a guitar place I think it's I think it's real play guitar they are not that far and while everybody's doing their you know shopping Christmas shopping I was like you know what I need to just you know take the bass guitar in and when I walked in this store let me just tell you I was in awe you walk in and just like there's so many different types of guitar I mean all around the wall and I was probably the only girl who walked in and by the way I'm real short I'll let you know I'm 5'5 and all these guys were looking at me like I was crazy or something and you know I just kept looking because I was smiling and then I swear to God if there was like a huge shine you know all the guitar you know it was an anime all you're going to see is just beautiful lights just shining and me looking like this like oh my god I am in heaven I'm totally in heaven so anyways I just kept looking around and I asked you know if somebody can help me because you know I'm a beginner and I want to learn how to play the bass so he walked me you know towards the bass room guys there is a bass room and then I passed this beautiful studio to my left where you know there was a couple of people were just like in like a jam session I was like in heaven I'm telling you and to my right I was like whoa so this guy was basically restringing a guitar and I just stood there for you know just a couple of minutes just watching watching him by the way it was art so I found my new instructor and I canceled like my old one was going to do like a video but I can't do a video so I can go to this particular place and he can give me um with social distancing by the way um uh lessons 40 minutes for a reasonable price and i probably do it like twice a week you know which is really great but i can't start until like january so he gave me some pointers and i was super excited about that when i walked in by the way he is an experienced at bass guitar I guess he's been doing for 15 years and he toured with some of the best of the best he was playing this bass guitar which it was beautiful by the way i'm like oh wow it's just like the golden uh you know the nugget it was like a golden nugget but it was it was it was white it was just like shining i was like oh my god you know um but it will come to find out he named it after you know his mother and the price on it was six thousand dollars i'm like not happening uh so like i said i'm a beginner and i got um you know you know i showed him like my bass guitar and he took it out and he's like i'm gonna have to restring this because these strings are pretty thick okay first of all i have no clue what that is i'm like okay you know this is a junk hole guess what i'm gonna play bass yeah super excited um so while he was doing you know he was getting that done um because i think i thought that well this guitar is kind of heavy oh my god you know so i checked out uh different types of bass guitar come to find out this is not heavy all the other ones was heavier you know i learned that like my i got um the PV um bass guitar i i learned you know about like it's like 34 inches scale you know there's 20 fret these are all new stuff to me so I know y'all laughing okay but hey I'm learning um and I know that it has like a nice chrome hardware and I guess the neck is like a slim c-shaped bolt you know which is which is nice so um for me to be a beginner I think this is a great guitar for me and I didn't know anything so he taught me how to you know hold the actual guitar you know with with a strap so when I was in this uh bass room by the way which was phenomenal all these bass I was like oh I wasn't paying attention I was like oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god you know like a kid in the candy store it was I was like so excited anyways I had this um Ibanez um bass guitar on and he was showing me how to hold my hand and how to actually you know learn like like the different chords and stuff like that and he's a great teacher um because I strung my first note and I was like excited yes so um he told me what to do you know for the following week so when we get together he'll teach me you know um like like the standard stuff that I need to know and like y'all said if you find a good teacher grab them so I grabbed him so I'm super excited I know I am super excited that I'm just so excited you know because I tried learning the piano and I couldn't my son did like that um I wanted to play the drums but I'm not that coordinated but I love the drums by the way I can just like tinker with it um I do play the flute and it helps me with you know believe it or not i have asthma and it actually helped me so yeah so if i i figured if i can play the freaking flute you think i can play the bass right yeah i think and plus you know when i was sitting and watching tv i you know i kept going in in you know kept playing with this like in the air it's kind of weird when my son thought i was crazy but i figured you know if i do this i don't have my bass guitar because i didn't want to take it out yet it's it's going to help me so i'm going to learn string by string by string so super excited so yes are we ready the cool thing about this is um you know it didn't come with it i had to buy it but eventually i'm going to buy a different one um it actually hugs the neck of the guitar which is really great and it's kind of cool all right so we're going to take this out so this is my bass guitar yes i'm by the way like i'm really short but if i stand y'all won't see me so my string okay i have new strings which is really cool i have these chrome hardware which is awesome and the cool thing is i have learned you know to how to hold you know down each which kind of cool and i can just learn you know obviously i also have an amp but i'm not going to bring it over here so he taught me that you know i thought i'm like how the heck i'm going to like learn all this stuff but i guess i can move like my thumb which is kind of cool you know and i was instead of he told me to hold down the string like really hard you know with like the tip of my finger so which is kind of cool and the reason why i'm telling you because i'm trying to remember all the stuff you told me and i know that y'all gonna comment so please all musicians artists help me i am going to soak everything in see how cool you know excited i know i just i know i can't play right now but i will i will learn so what do you think not bad for the beginner you know and plus i got a uh i got a great deal of him doing the strings adding this and then getting the amp i had another amp it's kind of weird but i went with the um a PV amp he was like trying to give me like a higher one i'm like dude i'm just the beginner okay so yeah super excited i will practice a lot and you know i will release some videos first of all you're probably gonna laugh at me but it's okay because you know what we learn together and um you know instead of shopping because obviously we can't shop because this uh crazy world you know after I get off of work I'm going to get my headset um you know he'll text me um certain lessons and I'm going to practice and yeah you know if i become a decent bass player i'm happy but i chose this i'm super excited and once i you know learn obviously i'm going to upgrade but for right now this is my guitar so this is my bass guitar all
