We combine tender chicken with aromatic rosemary, fresh orange, and a thick honey-soy glaze that ensures the meat literally melts in your mouth with zero resistance

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast: 1 kg (~2.2 lbs) — sliced crosswise for tenderness
The Sizzle: 100g (~7 tbsp) Butter — for both frying and the sauce
Aromatics: Fresh Garlic, a sprig of thyme, and Rosemary to release the oils
The Secret Glaze: 50ml Soy Sauce, 50g Honey, and fresh Orange (slices + zest).
