F1 in Austin: Activations and pop-ups

We've been great out here. We have been going since earlier this morning for the Good Day Austin shows. And so we've been checking out all of the free pop-ups and activations that people call them across town, all for F1 this weekend. And so, like you said, you don't have to break the bank for your families, fans. If they weren't able to make it to the race, you can get a feel and taste of the race right here in Austin. And so right now we're getting a sneak peek at POV Beauty. It's from TikToker Mikayla Nogueira. It's her makeup skincare brand. And so this is really fun so you walk in we're going to do a little walk and talk through here you walk in and you start off and you can put a token in here and you get some free little mini prizes and some makeup products key chains it's really kind of you know what are you going to get that day and so we've actually gotten some of these goodies got to try them out myself really good skincare and makeup products here so then you're going to walk into here and it's kind of their own makeshift pit stop as you can say again we're on south congress we're right next to the austin motel So you can see her makeup is lined up here. Her lip product just launched this week, they said. So Austinites are going to be the first people to try it out. And then you continue coming on inside. You get a little bit of shade. The race simulator is not open yet, but all the other pop-ups we've been to, they also have an F1 car race simulator. Also at the Mercedes pop-up, which is over North Congress, closer to downtown, you can be able to check to see if you can be a pit stop engineer and so you actually get to see a real F1 show car and see if you can change those tires out that will happen later this afternoon again walk with me again over here you have some arcades again free goodies everyone loves free goodies the games are free to play and for this event you just have to wait in line we spoke with some young girls earlier they've been going to be waiting here for about two hours and but some of these activations they do require registration beforehand again lots of police cars we've been seeing a lot of mercedes driving by and so i think those might be some of the drivers heading to COTA and so again walk over here with me again we have the skincare lineup and so just lots of fun activities they said that this is really for everyone it's not just for women it can be for men as well too and they're just really wanting to bring together all of the F1 fans and have them enjoy their day out. Again, you don't have to break the bank and head out to COTA. Although we love COTA, it's so much fun. You can also enjoy all of the fun activities that the drivers, brands, and F1 is providing throughout the city.
