We Went Back To The Mullins Antique Mart AND Check Out My Pyrex Collection....

Don. Yes. What are you doing? Looking for it, Steve. Still looking for it. A porch duck. We're going to have to think of something else we're looking better that we're looking for when we come in these places. But that's what we're actually looking for. We are in the Mullins Antique Mart looking at Pyrex and radios and clocks and tools. This place has a tool place in the back we want to look at because we got some good deals last time. This is a big old place. They just opened. We don't know the whole story. I think they may have been open before or something. something and maybe changed ownership but everything's new um even the paint and everything's new so i don't i don't know the whole story but lots of vendors so we're gonna walk around a little bit see if we see anything interesting donnie's on his Pyrex kick there's a couple big bowls there donnie fifty dollars for that one i think that's what i'm up here he said 40 donnie's very particular he doesn't want fire king he's just pirates see this is what he this is what he likes that there's little red you saw those over here right they want 25 dollars apiece Yeah, that's out of Donnie's range. He was like, look at this. I'm doing this. I've seen this on like four or five different ones. Turned about all the way to the last 15. Mm, that's a deal. And I've seen it on like two or four different booths now. That's a really good looking booth here. You got all kinds of stuff. Got lights on. Yeah, Hyrex is hot right now. Even Donnie wants it. Look at all the lights and stuff they've got turned on. That's a really good looking booth. Little candle thing flickering in there. Right there's your chicken. yeah i decided i don't know anything about them look there's some little 3d model design credit oh some that some of these are like 3d printed look they even have keychains yeah they make 3d hand printed keychains now donnie it's a nice little boot they got all kinds of cool stuff and that most of it's not very expensive so you could come in here and just get some a lot of the stuff's less than 20 bucks i've never actually seen a Mugwumps record i didn't know it was a real band but if you listen to that song creek alley by the mamas and the papas they talk about the mugwumps in it so that looks like mama cass and john phillips is denny yeah denny's in there too late summer of 64. okay so this must have came out after the mamas and the papas were a big deal oh that is not that is not john phillips got that screwed up that's pretty interesting you never see that so we're back here in the man cave part the tool section and there's a bunch of wrenches somebody made themselves so they took a wrench or i guess that's what happened i'll have to attempt that okay y'all we're almost here we've got uh see if we like it or not this is why you don't see me buying much on the weekends with me and ronnie because during the week i'm running all over god's creation buying all this stuff up so i'll uh i'll show you all what it is i'm going to a uh thrift store in columbia south carolina i think it's actually west columbia but anyway we're headed down here running down the freeway wide open i'm pretty slow speed limit 60 and we're going 62 so we'll get there in a minute we uh got to see if they have anything good i know they got one thing because they're holding it for me but we'll see if they got anything else so i just call down here or well i've seen it on facebook you know one of facebook buys marketplace that's what it is on marketplace i've seen it there and said i got to have that so i gotta hold it to people and they said yeah we still got it i said put it to the side put my name on it i'm on the way they said okay so i'm gonna buy it and uh they might have something else i don't know got plenty of room got an empty truck now you've got an empty seat over here Ronnie ain't with me today so uh we can get a load in the truck we can load up the front the back front seat back seat back of the bed we got all kinds of room today but usually when this happens i see something i call ronnie he loads the truck up so anyway i normally don't film these when i get out by myself like this but i'm gonna try to film this one today and uh see how it works out all right i'll uh get back to y'all when we get here we got looks like another 6.2 miles so i'll let you know something shortly okay y'all this is what i want down there to get so i bought this one if you look at them i'll tell you it's in on it and i don't know if i can or not but this says i don't know 71 okay that one there is 71 this is 72 that's 73 and i already had 74 so 471 472 473 474 so i bought these three today and i already had that one so that made that set now i need the lids so ronnie we need to find lids the lids look like that one had a lid it didn't but there we go that's them three also i needed one of these it's this little one here it flips over this is called the refrigerator set so i needed one of them i was short one what happened right there's the rest of it so we basically turn sideways and that one goes beside it i don't want to put that one up there because then we're cleaning these are dirty so i ain't gonna put it up there yet but anyway this one here is what i needed and when i was there they had an extra one so i went ahead and bought it in case we break one we'll have one and this this blue one that's a little bigger i got that yellow one that size but i don't have the blue one so they make a blue one with the is what i've been looking for so this today and it that one completed the set here and this one got a lot closer to that set there so that's what i'm doing i'm going around and trying to piece everything together now with that being said most collectors take these and put them on a shelf somewhere we don't do that we use them so we're actually cooking with them and using them like they're supposed to be now somebody's gonna say oh well a lot of them's got lead paint well it is what it is i mean people's been using them for 40 years 50 years and they ain't had no problems i'm gonna use them for another 30 or 40 years i hope and i'm sure i won't have no problem neither but that's what i'm doing i'm trying to get sets together that i have now i have a lot more but this is just you know part of i want to show these because this is what i got today and i was making a video about it but i'll give you a little sneak peek at some more stuff that i've got here a few more there's a few more there's a few more there's a few more there's a few more there's a few more there's some more there's more right there that's that's what we do with them that's why i want um i want to complete the sets so y'all if you like what you see give us a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel if you hadn't already and we'll catch you on the next one
