#126 CAMERA Book Review: William Dalrymple - The Writer's Eye by

A look through a rather fascinating book shot on a Smart Phone by the writer William Dalrymple who uses images for both his research for his novels and as another way of seeing the world around him.
I talked a lot in this one so please bear with the waffle and I do get to the images eventually.
William Dalrymple's striking and meditative photographs mark an accomplished leap of form for a hugely beloved writer. Shot over two years, and across geographies, they pay homage to the beauty and disquiet of landscape, form, and time. As part of his debut exhibition, The Writer's Eye, they were curated by Siddharth Dhanvant Shanghvi, who lends an introduction to this edition.
