Wlodzimierz Kuklinski (Poland 1959) is a self-taught Polish artist specializing in illustration and painting. His work can be found in hundreds of books, magazines, and album covers, making him one of Poland's most renowned artists today .
From a young age, Wlodzimierz showed a passion for art. At seven, after finding a drawing magazine in a pile of old papers, he began to teach himself to draw. Later, in his teens, he discovered a love for oil painting that he still feels to this day.
The most common themes in his work are female portraits, where young women with a reflective gaze are a fundamental part of his art. He is also a fan of illustrating stories, mythological tales, and conceptual designs, although currently he is mainly focused on more traditional themes and styles.
