You will love this chocolate peanut butter cake with hidden raspberries inside. It is so yummy, easy to make, and super healthy and delicious.
Full of protein, this dessert is perfect for those who are watching calories and want something healthy yet very delicious. You can use any nutty butter inside if you prefer, but I love peanut butter. It is very rich and chocolaty with intense peanut butter flavor and fresh berries.

Today I'm going to show you how to make
this delicious chocolate peanut butter cake with
raspberries. First thing you're going to do,
you're going to take your food processor,
add your ricotta cheese. You can also use cottage cheese which is dry.
Then add your coconut oil,
melt it in a microwave prior. Add your protein powder.
You can use whey or vegetarian powder or
any plant-based powder that you like.
Then add your cocoa powder and your sweetener. I'm using
maple syrup but feel free
to use whatever sweetener you like add a pinch of salt and
blitz everything together until the mixture starts to become smooth
and comes together just like so
then wrap cling film on top of your counter
and we're going to use a mix of cocoa powder and
almond flour mixed together so it's nice
and sort of firm otherwise the mixture is very sticky
place your mixture on top of that even it out into a nice shape
and then add your peanut butter
right in the middle you can use crunchy peanut butter
or smooth it's up to you then it's a must
to add some fresh raspberries inside so add those in nice
and tight don't overfill it it's a small
cake by the way so if you wanted to make more you can double triple
or quadruple this recipe
then gently fold it together using your cling film
and your hands into a sausage pinch it on
the sides and wrap it up just like so so it's nice
and tight and then you're going to place
this in a freezer for a couple of hours
to completely set after that once it's completely
frozen take it out it'll be nice and cold just like
so and it's up to you how you want to decorate
it i decided to melt more peanut butter in the microwave
and then top it up with extra peanut
butter on top and you know also for beautiful looks
then add some crushed chocolate if you
wanted to and of course some fresh raspberries for extra flavor
and of course beauty it's up to
you how you want to decorate it you can eat it just
as it is and then this dessert is done you
can keep it in the fridge for one week
or freeze it up to one month and i literally just slice it
up into these small slices like
so and I just want to show you how it looks
inside it's so gorgeous it's really yummy it's
so soft creamy and I love the
tart raspberries that you get with each bite be careful
though this small cake
does have a lot of calories so I use it after gym
or before workout as a dessert
and a treat but look how soft
and fluffy this is absolutely my favorite I hope
you try this and let me know
