There's a new location for luxury in Central Florida. Auto Vault Orlando has rooms for fancy cars and, of course, a whole lot of fun, too. David Martin is there this morning, and he's given us the VIP tour. Ooh, they even have a grand piano. Nice. Not just one grand piano, Amy. Two Steinways here in the lounge of Auto Vault Orlando, managed by Stuart Sencer. Stuart, good morning to you, my friend. Good morning. It is an honor and a pleasure to be here. Thanks for giving us the exclusive tour. This is fantastic. It's 53,000 square feet. When you come walking in, you see a lounge. It's a two-story lounge where your members can do what? They're here to hang out. They're here to enjoy the space. We've got a golf simulator, racing simulators, BYOB bar, pool table, put sports up on the TVs. Really just enjoy the space. The TV's large, so that's our show right behind us on that wall. It's an enormous screen. We've got a golf simulator. You said you play golf? A little bit, a little bit. We've got Bay Hill up right now. Might as well take a swing. Give us a stroke there. Let's see how you do here. Beautiful. At least it sounded good. That's an eagle. What I like about this place is you called it a third space concept. Explain that. Yeah, so a lot of other cultures have a third space after they leave work. They don't go straight home. They have a third space to go to, like England has a pub. So this is something for car people. Come hang out. I will say it is stunning on the inside. makes me want to hang out and it's rather affordable to do so we'll get to the prices in a second don't don't you know don't tune off our channel yet all right so by the way the two cars that are over there are the Acura NSX as we mentioned those those are very expensive cars beautiful cars yeah one of them is a Nardi yeah okay very special edition and then you have what you call essentially the vault yes this is our car storage vault area very highly secured for car enthusiasts to leave cars with us to be able to have them trickle charged and and secured and taken care of here we've got a Honda NSX again this one's a honda not an acura but the only green type r in the world and what did it win this is the amelia island winner from 2023 i believe beautiful yeah the really cool concours up near jacksonville okay another limited honda civic type r and we just keep going down the honda lineup and we've got about another five of them So we've got the Civic Type R hatchback, an Integra Type R two-door, an Integra Type R four-door. Very limited runs. This place is secure. Highly, highly secure. I used to manage a data center audit, so we had fun building the security around the space. We should mention, back in the 1950s, this space we're standing in, they made Minute Maid orange juice right here. They did, they did. Yeah, it's a pretty cool and historic building that we got to rehab up here in Apopka. You're a week old. And who's behind the investment of this property? So we've got Dr. Chin and Vincent Howard. They own and run Chin Track Days as well, where they rent out Sebring and Daytona for enthusiasts to go and bring their car on track. Outstanding. So if I want to, if I need garage space, even for my pedestrian car, no problem. You'll give it to me here. Absolutely. Ship it to us. I'll take care of it. But the point is, it's affordable. What's it cost to put a car in here? It starts at $500 a month. A month? A month, yeah. Okay. And you can see why. Welcome to Auto Vault Orlando. What we're seeing down here is the first story lobby, the lounge, if you will. When you walk in, you realize you're in for something special. You have big screen TVs, fancy cars, Steinway pianos. But upstairs, there's a lot to do as well. It's a two-story lounge with an additional 50,000 square feet of car storage here. Stuart Sensor is the general manager. I'm finding him hidden inside one of these car simulators. Good morning, Stuart. How are you doing? Great. Fantastic. So my membership to the club would include time on these simulators. Absolutely. You can try and invest your time here at the Daytona racetrack. And downstairs, we've got a golf simulator. So come and take advantage of these simulators. And these aren't, like, Fisher-Price toys. No, I'm having a hard time keeping this on the track right now. Wow. These are multiple thousands of dollars of simulators right here at your fingertips that you can enjoy. Bring your friends as well. All right, let's see if you can get out of that. Climb out of that car. Don't crash your car. Maybe stop. Well, we'll just let it crash. The car's going to do its own spin-out. Very good. I want to show the audience what's in the middle because I think of kids when I see an RC track. But you've got to be 15 to be a member here, right? 15 and up. Yeah, 15 and up with parental supervision. So these little cars are definitely fun, and I'm still trying to learn how to open it up. I can't get this one. But even adults enjoy this. Absolutely. Absolutely. This is terrific. Yeah, everyone tries to get all the way around the track. It's a little bit difficult, but yeah. We should mention the windows here on the second story overlook the vault portion of the Auto Vault Orlando. We'll go down there in a second, but I wanted to let people know that you can keep an eye on your car if you want. Absolutely. You can see all the toys that we've got out there. We've got darts, pinball. Yep. A little foosball. And you've got a meeting space, so if you wanted to rent out the space. If you are a member of the club, do you get that room? Absolutely. It's part of your membership. Come and utilize it. Wow-wee. Let's talk about that for a second. Do you need to have a car to be a member? No, absolutely not. You can store a car with us and not be a member of the lounge area. be a member of the lounge and not store a car but we encourage them to do both really take advantage of the entire space you know all about this car community you've been doing this for a long time in Orlando people know you as what the cars and coffee guy don't they yeah 13 years ago i started Orlando Cars and Coffee there wasn't one here in central Florida and i wanted to go to a car show every morning so every you know once a month and from that this is that third space for the car enthusiast to come out to the next logical step essentially cars and coffee's great my son was a was a big proponent of that we'd go to several of those he came back talking about the friends he made there the contacts but now you have a space for them here yes a party space even right bring your own booze no problem you got a huge bar for the storage not a problem behind Palo the cameraman you'll see the pool table and the golf simulator that you had mentioned all right so i love the fancy garage doors you have here you keep it as a wall so when we do come here to play that is you just look at the cars but you can open it for us if you'd like here Oh, you don't have a remote? Oh, I've got to go get my remote, though. Oh, well, is there another way to get in? The only way is to get up there? Oh, yeah, yeah. We'll get in there a little bit later. All right. It's like a, it's a hangout all right, you can store your fancy cars there but you can also golf there, you can play pool there it's everything there, it's kind of like an exclusive club and of course Fox 35's David Martin is already a member, he's live right now at the Auto Vault Orlando, hey David, that's right Stephanie, and he's so funny, you said it's an exclusive club but it's without the exclusive the price tag, say hello to Stewart Sensor who's the general manager of Auto Vault Orlando, good morning once again Stewart, good morning, good seeing, thought we'd give our 10 o'clock audience a full tour of the place in case they haven't seen the first two hours of our show behind us here is a building from the 1950s what they used to make inside here this was where they had the Minute Maid concentrate orange juice plant isn't that amazing i bet a lot of folks didn't don't know i didn't know that walking up here we made Minute Maid and we still do in town we do right next door right next door but this was a building they used they don't use it anymore you guys took it over and the production three years in the making has revealed this a luxury car not necessarily luxury but a lot of luxuries inside here it's essentially a country club for car people yes this is a dramatic entrance into the lounge here how many square feet is the entire facility so we got 53,000 square feet climate control and you can close it to keep the ac inside I didn't keep the pianos in tune. So how many square feet is the actual lounge? Lounge area is about 8,000. We've got two stories, so lots of space for everyone to make use of here. And it is a venue space as well. It's a venue space, which means you can rent it out for parties or gatherings, reunions, right? Absolutely. All right, we're looking at two very expensive accessories here right here, right? Yeah, we've got a Zanardi and a Type S. Very rare, both of them. Very rare to have them in the same room for sure. Over there are the pair of Steinway and Sons grand pianos. You've got a golf simulator, a pool table. Upstairs, we mentioned in the last hour, you have racing simulation. You have RC cars. Back there is a beautiful bar. You can have your own beer and your own wine, liquor. Absolutely, BYOB. Come out, hang out as a member. Please take advantage of the space. And behind that wall is a catering kitchen. There is, yeah. Use the space for a birthday party. Have your caterer come in and put together something fancy. And now for the dramatic shot. Another garage door reveals the vault. Boom. Like clockwork, the lights come out, and, man, you realize this is where it's at. In case you are wondering, you recognize the face here of Stuart Sensor. You should. He's been around this market for 13 years putting on something called? Orlando Cars and Coffee. Yeah. Your kids or your husbands and wives know Cars and Coffee. Big hangout community. Absolutely. Great people. It's all about the car community. Networking, too. And so you have enough room here for how many cars in the vault? We've got about 150 to 170 flat is what we're guessing. And once we go vertical, well over 400. Who does this car belong to? This is a friend of ours up in Maryland that had an issue with their trailer. So he left it with me until he's able to get back down and trailer back up home. So we're here to take care of it for people. Temporary storage is okay. You don't need to sign a year contract. No, no, we can do temporary storage for anyone. Yeah. Okay. Right. And over here, who do these cars belong to? We've got one of our members that has six cars with us and a husband and wife come and sometimes their daughter drive them at least once a month and really enjoy just taking them out and putting them back. How do they get here? Oh, they just drive their minivan. No big deal. I love it. A minivan to drive over here to have these fun toy cars on the streets of Central Florida. All right, so what would it cost for me to put even, I'll say, a normal Nissan Sentra in here? Sure, $500 a month. It starts, and I'll put it on a trickle charger, bring your other car, swap them out. Whatever's here, I'll put it on trickle. I don't care if you bring your Tesla. In other words, it doesn't matter what car you have. It's $500. You have a luxury car, a standard car. It's $500 a month. Absolutely. And it's protected with a lot of security. Yeah, it is. For those of you who have hobby cars and expensive cars, that's important. Very good security here. And to be a member of that lounge and that country club, it's only $100, right? Yeah, $99 a month starting. Gets you three hours of sim time, whether that's, you know, golf sim, race sim time. Come hang out during business hours with us and, you know, watch a movie. How long had it been in a Minute Maid factory, do you think? Tell about, I think, the 80s or 90s when it was brought over. An import company had it for a little while. All right. You have keys to all of them, by the way. Oh, absolutely, yes. I have access. And you're not allowed to drive the car in the vault. You leave it outside the garage door. Yes, I bring it in to make sure there's no door dings, no issues. We take videos and photos and mileage when they come in, when they leave. So we have accountability. They have accountability. Yeah, good. So out of all the cars you have. David, if he could secretly drive one right now, what would he drive? Oh, probably the green NSX Type R, yeah. Yeah, let's show it again, because it is a fabulous car. He likes the green one. Remind our audience what you think the sticker price is of this car. Well over half a million. It's the only NSX Type R in green in the world. It won the Amelia Island Concours in 2023. I absolutely love it. I think it's a perfect interior, perfect. The steering wheels on the right-hand side, like yeah. I guess it's the right way to do it, yeah. So this is his dream car. We did have him drive it. He knows how to drive stick. That's important, by the way. I didn't stall it this time. You didn't stall it. Yeah. It's a manual. Most of these cars are manual. Yes, yes. Or is this a newfound thing in adulthood? That's a good question for Stephanie. When did you start loving cars? How old were you? Oh, since I can remember. I've got still my Matchbox from when I was a kid. My dad took me to the Miata when it first got launched in the 90s. It just, yeah, my dad was a big... We have two seconds. Come down here real quick at the end. You were a child, and every little boy and girl has a Matchbox car. Absolutely. I don't care where you're from. We all have them. And I took a picture of these two very rare Nissans. Yes, the Nismo's down here. have two of these in the same room is very rare so if you're watching right now and you're a car dude or a car gal you'll understand i sent a picture of this to my son he goes what on earth where are you he was a little jealous he's so rare it's these two Nissan Nismo's yep the Z70RS and this constitutes about seven percent of the market and they say about but yes the security by the way is so strong in this building that i lost my phone connection here with my my friends back in the the studio and I dial back in no I can't get it so this is that Stephanie, Amy and and John these two right here very rare how much money you think these are worth to combined i would say half a million combined yeah half a million combined this eight million dollars worth of cars under one roof here at Auto Ball Orlando now open i am deaf i'll send it back to you in the studio thank you Stuart yeah that's fun yeah cars and coffee is awesome to check them out when they come to your area
