A rare sunny Sunday in Edinburgh, Scotland! 😎☀️🍂

And yes, I promise Edinburgh does get sunshine too! 😂

Today we’re enjoying a beautiful autumn walk through Princes Street and Princes Street Gardens, with gorgeous views of Edinburgh Castle and the trees slowly changing into their golden autumn colours.

You might notice that the Ross Fountain has stopped flowing. The water wasn’t running when I visited, but the fountain still looks beautiful with Edinburgh Castle in the background. ⛲🏰

This time I decided to take a slightly different route through the gardens, following a quieter path away from the busy Princes Street area before heading up towards the Old Town and New College, home to the University of Edinburgh’s School of Divinity.

I really love finding these quieter little corners of Edinburgh, especially on a sunny autumn day. 🤍🍂
