It is Wednesday, so of course we're going
to check out some great rides here on Good Day.
And this hour, we have a classic great ride
that belongs to David from Clearwater.
It's a 1958 Plymouth Belvedere,
and for Stephen King fans, she needs no introduction.
So David says he fell in love with the horror classic Christine.
As a teenager at Countryside High School back
in 1999 and 25 years later,
he says this Plymouth basically chose him.
I hope she's got a nicer personality than Christine.
Isn't Christine a little sassy?
Christine was beyond sassy.
Yeah, I think that you're being very kind here.
That almost looks like the Great Rod's car.
It does look like.
I cannot remember what the Great Ride car was,
but I think it is a Plymouth, isn't it?
I don't remember.
I have to figure out what this is.
I know what it is, but it kind of does look similar.
We'll have to figure out exactly what this is.
But back to Christine, or Christine's granddaughter.
He says that this Plymouth basically chose him,
came to him from a Minnesota barn,
delivered in total shambles after years of hard work.
She's back in shape on the road.
He says people ask him all the time where he found her
and whether he's a little too young to own a ride that iconic.
You know what, David?
You're both icons, the Plymouth and you.
Thanks for sending it in.
And, of course, if you've got a great ride at home
and you're watching right now
you want to show it off definitely share it with us email us photos
and some information
to the email address you see on the screen right now wtbtgreatrides
at fox.com make sure to include
a photo some videos a little bit about
your ride where you got it how long you've had it
where you like to drive it
and you may see it right here on Good Day I'm going to get the
research department on exactly the make
and model of the ride we see right now on the graphic i do
think it's a Plymouth? That might be a Chevy.
What does that front look like? Do you see like
something on the very front between the headlights?
Russell, you know my eyes aren't good.
Stevie? So we all wear glasses in here.
If anybody's watching this and can figure out
what kind of car this is, please let us know.
