Video Summary
AI GeneratedThe region is experiencing a pattern of chilly mornings followed by pleasant, sunny afternoons. While a coastal system is causing breezy conditions and rip currents at the beaches, it will not impact the local area. Temperatures will remain mild through the week, gradually cooling toward the weekend with lows potentially reaching the 30s by Saturday.
Somewhat off to a chilly start earlier today.
The question is, will that be the case
throughout the remainder of the day?
All right, guys, time to get the latest look at the forecast.
And, boy, we're off to a chilly start this morning.
Taylor Grenda here with the latest look.
Yeah, I mean, it's going to be the same kind of carbon forecast,
a carbon copy forecast every single day this week.
The cold mornings, the nice afternoon.
So a great day to get out of work early or school early
and just go in and enjoy the weather for sure this week.
I'd say work early.
Bye.
I'm with you, too.
Anyway, taking a look at radar this afternoon,
it's looking pretty nice out there.
You can see that system off the shoreline right there.
That's going to pose maybe a nuisance at beaches, bringing some high
risk of rip currents and breezy conditions across the region there.
But here locally, not going to impact us as it kind
of sits there for another day and then lifts northward.
Here locally, here's what we're looking for, D.C.
Sunshine, 70 degrees for today.
Great day for outdoor plans, especially with that low humidity.
A nice fall day if you want to get outside and enjoy it.
Winds out of the north will bring in that cool, crisp air.
But today should be at least maybe the warmest day of the entire week.
tomorrow is looking pretty similar maybe
a few degrees cooler sunshine upper 60s for the high
temperatures and then let's talk about
that coastal system this is the one european model
keeping it uh right where it is currently kind
of strengthening over the next 24 hours into tomorrow
morning and then it kind of lifts northward
so we're just talking about it because it is you
know something close to the eastern seaboard does
look like it stays far off our coastline then it's
kind of out to sea uh just before the upcoming weekends
that's really all we have to talk about
outside of some really nice weather this week.
We're going to see temperatures drop back
into the 40s tonight, upper 60s tomorrow.
And then we'll kind of slowly cool towards the end of the week
and the weekend
where overnight lows could drop to the 30s
for some of you by Saturday morning.
And then high temperatures
this weekend will range in the low to mid 60s.
I don't know about you, but given that forecast, two thumbs up.
Absolutely love it.
Taylor Grenda with the latest look at the forecast.
Truly appreciate you.
