Welcome to my channel. Today I'm going to show you how
to make these delicious mango protein balls
that are so easy to make, super healthy and I absolutely love them.
I have them in my freezer
as a treat every time I fancy something delicious.
So yeah, let's get started. Into your food processor
add your oats, your mango,
then add turmeric powder and then cinnamon powder and then add
few drops of stevia if you like them a bit sweet definitely recommend
then go ahead and add your
dates and your cashew butter
and then we're going to mix everything together until it's nice and
smooth this process can take 30 seconds up
to one minute depending on your food processor
once you've blitzed everything together
your mixture should look just like this
over here i've got my coconut shreds i'm going
to add a bit of turmeric powder don't worry you
won't really taste it if you don't like turmeric just skip this part
and just add it into coconut
shreds and then take your mixture i usually use gloves
when rolling out protein balls just makes
it easy and less hassle and just they don't stick
to your hands too much divide your mixture evenly
between all the balls and then start rolling them
in your hand between your hands just like that
into nice round shape and then dip each ball into your dry ingredients
and coat it all around
I usually shake it just like this and then it just looks
so beautiful look at
these sugar-free gluten-free mango balls
absolutely amazing you want to place
them in a fridge to set for a few hours
and then enjoy them within one week in
your fridge or you can freeze these up
to one month in your freeze I like to
eat them and just whenever I feel hungry or just between gym
