Hey guys, welcome to my channel Alla's Yummy Food.
I'm Alla, the host of the show and today I want
to show you how to make these delicious orange protein balls.
They're so yummy and if you like oranges
and you like orange flavoured desserts, this recipe is definitely
for you as it's got a nice strong orange flavour to it.
And they're perfect as a snack,
as a healthy treat and you can give these to your kids as well.
I hope you enjoy this video, let's get started.
add orange juice into your food processor
then go ahead and add your coconut flour
and then protein powder and your cashew butter
then add your liquid sweetener of your choice
then add your coconut oil
and of course add some orange zest this is really important to give it
nice flavor then go ahead and add your turmeric powder for color
and mix everything together
don't worry you're not going to taste
the turmeric as the orange is quite strong
mix everything until the mixture comes together just like
this and then using the gloves scoop
out your mixture you can of course double
or triple this amount and then fold it into your
hand and then separate and pinch your protein balls just like
so the mixture will be quite
sticky so i usually use gloves
then start rolling your balls just like that into your hand so it's
got nice shape and then we're going to go ahead
and dip them in over here i've got my turmeric
mixed together with coconut shreds
this is completely optional i just really like the
color and how they look so just coat them inside
and they're done place the balls in a fridge to
set for a few hours and then enjoy them straight
away they're super yummy chewy and perfect snack
they keep well in a fridge up to one week or one month in a freezer
