FALL COTTAGE KITCHEN DECORATE WITH ME 2026 ¦ Creating a cozy fall kitchen and dining room 🍂🍽️

Welcome back to my channel friends. Today we're going to be decorating our kitchen and dining room for fall. I'm so excited to finally be sharing this video with you. We're going to start out over here at this coffee bar area. I turned this little wall over here into our coffee bar area a few months ago and I haven't shared it in a video yet so this is what it looks like. I already had this vintage shelf that I have had for years and I already had it hanging here and I wanted to get a furniture piece to go under it. I looked for an antique piece for several weeks and I couldn't find anything that was narrow enough that also had good storage so I did end up ordering this. I might eventually switch it out with something vintage but I love having all this storage for my coffee mugs and coffee supplies and also having a space that I can really go all out with decorating for each season. I love being able to display the seasonal mugs and some artwork and stuff like that up here. So that is what this space is looking like for fall and I love how it came together. The fall touches in the kitchen this year. I do like to keep the counters pretty minimal but I also love to have out all of the pretty things that I love to look at so I tried to have a good balance of both this year and I love how it turned out for fall. In just a minute I'm going to share a yard sale haul but that brass creamer is one of the pieces I found and I was so excited to add it to our kitchen for fall. Over the weekend it was the roller coaster yard sales and we always love to go at the beginning of October to see if there's anything that we can find. We don't go very far. We just normally go a couple of miles in to some of our favorite people who usually set up and then we head back but i thought it would be fun to include a yard sale haul in this video because several of these pieces that i found i want to use in our kitchen or dining room the first thing that i got from the first yard sale is this little pie server i just thought it was really pretty i need to clean it up good but we use these a lot at thanksgiving so i wanted to get another one and then from the same yard sale i found all of this brass they were priced so well these were only two dollars each so i was very excited about that it's very rare that you find these anymore for that good of a price and i just love decorating with them and i love to have varying heights on my candlesticks this is what the second one looks like it was also two dollars and these are very nice especially this one it's really heavy so i was so excited about that and then this one i believe was four dollars it's a little bit heavier so those were the candlesticks i got and then i found a brass creamer which was only six dollars i thought that was such a great price for a nice heavy brass creamer this is so pretty i immediately knew i wanted to use it in my fall decor so i just put a small little hydrangea in it i think it's the cutest little creamer so i wanted to get that and then from that same sale i also found this adorable little ceramic dog and you all know that i have been collecting little ceramic dogs and i loved that this is a little blue one i just thought it was so pretty i have not seen one like it before and i loved him so i wanted to get him i think he was two or three dollars so super super great prices um and then i found these at a different yard sale these plates were a dollar for all three and i bought this brown or i'm not sure if it's i think it's brown this brown transferware pattern was just so pretty this somewhere for sure in my fall decor and then this is the last thing i got this really pretty basket i loved the shape of it and i usually always find a good basket at every yard sale day so that is everything that i got from the yard sales and we will get back into the decorating now here on the island i have some leaves in this big vase that i got recently i thought it looked so pretty here on the island and then i also added those brass candlesticks that i got from the yard sale and these beautiful plates that i got from the yard sale with this pumpkin on top that is from hobby lobby and i love how this little area turned out it's simple but it has some really pretty pieces here in the center to create a pretty little centerpiece for the island get started on the dining room this is what i'm going to be working with i'm going to use the same dishes that i used on the table last year i just love this combination of brown transferware together on our table for fall. I also have these amber glasses that I got at Goodwill years ago and I'm going to use those. It's going to be very similar to last year's tablescape but I'm going to switch up a few things to give it a fresh new look for this fall. So let's decorate our table together. This tablecloth that I got from Marshalls last year. I love all the fall colors in it. The orange, the burgundy, it is so pretty. And I'm gonna to use this again on the table. So let's add that on there first. Forgot to mention, I also did decide to change the curtains just for fall and possibly Christmas to some more neutral ones just to make the room flow better. I felt like with the previous curtains I had, it was looking really busy so I did switch those out just for this season. To finish off this fall evening let's make some chili together. It's so good and flavorful and perfect for a cool fall night so I hope that you all will try this. It is so delicious. Again I found it on Pinterest years ago and it's always the one that I go back to. And to make it extra fun, I'm going to serve it in these pumpkin bowls that I found at Walmart this year, top it with some cheese, and enjoy a cozy fall night with a delicious bowl of chili.
