(371) Swipe Technique with Sheleeart Recipe, Acrylic Pouring Technique
In this video I am trying out a swipe technique with the Sheleeart recipe for my paints! I continued to use the paint that I already had mixed up. The colors I am using are magenta, teal, green and gold. I used the Jo Sonja titanium white for my swipe color since that has worked so well for me in the past with making cells. The cells just exploded in this piece! Now that I am getting more comfortable with the recipe and technique, I will have to try some larger paintings in this style!

Base paint (pillow) - White semi-gloss house paint
Colors - Each color is a different Gold fluid or high flow paint and is mixed with Ultra deep base tint along with Jo Sonja's Gloss Varnish (about 3 parts tint to 1 part gloss varnish). I also use about 1-2 teaspoons of water but some people don't use any water
Cell activator - In this painting, I use Jo Sonja's titanium white with floetrol (3 parts floetrol to1 part paint) along with 4-5 drops of wood conditioner.
