It's always a good day when you come across a Ferrari and it's always a good time to talk about Ferrari and sports cars as a whole. But what happens when you have one of the rarest combination of Ferraris on the planet coming to India? Well what you get is Ferrari Unibuso which has come to Delhi and we're going to find out just what all it has to offer. So the moment you start entering the the venue you start off with this very nice quote from Mr. Enzo Ferrari himself you cannot describe passion you can only live it i quite love it i think it's something that all automobile enthusiasts can relate to and what automobile enthusiasts also know are some of the most influential moments in the history of the Prancing Horse which are on display right here really gets you in the mood for some speed and action but that's not the best thing the best thing happens as soon as you enter the venue because ladies and gentlemen look at that this is the Ferrari Formula One car right here in Delhi and this belongs to one Mr. Charles Leclerc and this is the actual car that is racing at the 2026 Formula One season and it's right here and it looks It's amazing. If you've ever been close to a Formula One car, well, you realize just how much has changed over the years. And secondly, if you've never been around a Formula One car, well, you could spend a lot of time walking around this car and taking it all in. The race car driver is right here and everything around him is built with just one thing in mind, pure speed. But it's not only Formula 1 on display over here, because what you see there is the endurance racing car from the house of Ferrari. And it looks, if I may, even more dramatic than the Formula 1 cars. This is the same car which has actually raced. If you want to know more about this, then this is called Ferrari 499P. And this is the car that has done quite a lot, which is on display on the screen over there. If you like your race cars, if you like endurance racing, this is something that is going to be somewhat of a dream coming true. You can see the car, you can see everything, all the achievements that the car has done over the years and just being around it is a very surreal moment. Fantastic! But Ferrari is known for its racing heritage and it is also known for its sports car. So while they start the universe of Ferrari with some of the fastest cars they make, the next setup is actually about their club challenge cars. That ladies and gentlemen right there is the Ferrari 296 Challenge. This is part of the One Make series. The championship for this happens all across the world and people can actually buy this car and participate in the one make championship and if you were to be really fast then you would actually upgrade to this particular car right here the GT3 class this ladies and gentlemen is a Ferrari 296 GT3 and this actually makes less power than the 296 challenge but like one very friendly gentleman from Ferrari told me the 296 challenge makes its time in the straights this is the car that makes it in the corners and this is actually faster around a racetrack than the 296 challenge you really have to be properly fast to even think of going fast in a car like this pure driving experience if you like to collect sports cars their scale models and that is an actually very big market you have some the most intricately detailed scale models on display over here as well this ladies and gentlemen is the limited edition f40 scale model but this is universal Ferrari what you see right there the f50 now this is one of the most iconic cars ever built by Ferrari just look at it If you see the dream of a Ferrari, if you have put a poster of a Ferrari at home in your childhood, then chances are that it was this very car right here. I'm not sure of this, but I think this is the first time that a Ferrari F50 has made its way to India. And this is a very special car. I do want to show you this car from the sides and the back as well. If you look from there, you will see that the driver sits here in this area. and all of this is the engine and of course at the back you have this massive grill over here as well If you look from the back, you get to see a mesh type element to let all the heat out and from here if you go close you can actually take a look at the engine and the transmission as well Looks fantastic but this is not the only classic car on display over here Here we have the 365 GTB for Daytona Now the Daytona is one of the most talked about Ferraris perhaps in all time and that's for good reason just look at it this screams old world sports car everything even today feels luxurious this car is decades old and yes it's been maintained in pristine condition But even today, when I'm standing here and looking at this car, it looks properly luxurious. Look at its steering wheel, it has the same steering wheel design that you'd put in your living room. This is how pretty this car is. You can also take a look at the exhaust pipes of this car. Just take a look at how they scream performance. But that's not the only important Ferrari on display over here. We also have the 6.2 Scaglietti on display and here you can see Magic India Discover is written on this car. Why is it written like this? Because this is a car that has traveled all over India. So if you think that a car like Ferrari cannot be driven in India, then Ferrari is challenging that notion by driving a car across the country. country it has done that and it is on proud display over here at Universal Ferrari as well I quite like it if you were to look at the sponsors on the side of the car you would see some familiar faces some familiar brands written over there it's very heartening to see this but now that we've spoken about their race cars now that we've spoken about their Club Challenge cars and historic cars let's take a look at some of their modern cars and right there you see a a Ferrari, which I would say is the kind of car that Batman would buy if you were to own a Ferrari, just look at it. This is the Daytona SP3 and now we are getting serious, aren't we? Doors that open up, all carbon fibre and if you were to look at the interior, you will see how much carbon fibre It's a fully decked out cockpit, proper race spec, everything inside the car and I quite like or rather love these small screws which bolt on the bodywork, very well finished. Even if it is a race car, it is finished like a Ferrari. You even have this model over here which is supposed to show you the flow of air over the car and a model over here as well, giving you further insight into how the car was designed and adapt it for its final form. Now, this car actually has this very engine right here. Look at it. This is actually a spaced out engine, i.e. Ferrari has spaced out this engine so that you can see every component in detail. And after standing here, what I can see is that every single part, even if it is inside the engine, is finished to utmost quality. I mean, you could keep these in your living room, that is how well they are finished. I also quite like the paint over here, the red head treatment to the Ferrari engine. Red head, which is called Testarossa in Italian. There is a car called Testarossa here as well, which we are talking about. Now, let's take you to that. Now, we've come to the area where they have their modern supercars on display. And right here, remember how I spoke about the Testarossa? Well, this car is actually called the Testarossa. This is the 849 Testarossa Spider and this is a mad, mad car. Recently, we drove the 849 Testarossa at the Buddh International Circuit and it's a car that's beyond belief. It's a mad car to drive and I absolutely loved it. Well, here we have the version that is turned up to 11. I also quite like these carbon fiber filled kick-up spoilers. These are much more aggressive than the one on our test car which we drove at the Buddh International Circuit And that's not it. What you see over here is the Ferrari Purosangue SUV Today Ferrari is also making SUVs And if you want a Ferrari which you can consider for everyday usability Then the Purosangue is what they say is the car for you If you want that Ferrari treatment, that fit and finish, that premium appeal And at the same time, you want a Ferrari that you can use every day without compromising on performance. This is what the Purosangue is all about. We also have the Dodici Cilindri Spider. Now, we've also driven the Dodici Cilindri at Times Drive. And we also liked that car a lot. Of course, this is one of the last naturally aspirated V12 engine Ferraris. And when you imagine that with a drop-top treatment, well, this is what you get. But there is another very special Dodici Cilindri on display over here, which is this car right here. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the Dodici Cilindri Manuale. And if the name gives you an idea, well, yes, the special treatment is that thing right there. This is a car that is supposed to give you the feel and drive of driving a manual V12 naturally aspirated Ferrari in 2026. I never thought I would say that because manual cars are, believe it or not, going away in this segment. The Dodici Cilindri Manuale brings it back. Yes, it's not exactly a manual, but I have sat in this car. I've gone through the shift gates. You can watch its video on your screen. Listen to its sound. It's such a good sound. So, as you saw, it mimics the feel of a manual transmission properly. And it's a very pleasurable experience. And if all of this has made you want to buy a Ferrari for yourself, Well, the most affordable Ferrari, if you may call it that, is this car right here. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the Ferrari Amalfi Spider. Spider is a little bit more expensive than the Amalfi, but as you can see, it is on full display over here and it has got its own booth. Now, you might be thinking, why is this entire setup made like this? The reason is very simple. If you imagine this car on Amalfi Coast, on which this car is named, well, this is something what it would look like. It's a very intuitive experience. I quite like it. But having covered all of this, let's talk about two more Ferraris which are perhaps the highlight of this event. One is the most powerful Ferrari and that is this car right here. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the Ferrari F80. this makes almost 1200 horsepower so it won't be wrong to say that this is perhaps the most powerful car in the country right now and it's right here on display at Universo Ferrari and if you're not impressed with the power figures let me show you something that is perhaps even more cooler check this out if i press this little door handle over here and yes it's that down below take a look at that in typical ferrari fashion it gets doors that open upwards if you've ever wanted to signal to your friends that you've arrived in life well this is pretty much as good as it gets right here but this is not perhaps the biggest highlight of the event because there is a car that internet loves which has also come to our shores and let me show you that next and And before I show you what that car is, let's talk about the interior design elements of that car because this is one of the things that the whole world unanimously liked about that car, which is its interior design elements. Here you can see, this is a modern interpretation of what a typical Ferrari steering wheel should be like. So here you can see, just like we saw the steering wheel in the 365 GTB 4, you will get to see the design here. But, with these two things right here, you still have the manettino to select which mode you want to be in. And, of course, in typical Ferrari fashion, you have all the buttons on the steering wheel right here, including the indicator stalks. There are no stalks at the back, all the buttons are on the steering wheel. You also get to see paddle shifters at the back. Now, you might be thinking that this is an ICE car, but no, this is from an EV car and these paddle shifters are meant to mimic shifts. so that is something that Ferrari has done behind it you see the instrument cluster all of this mind you is a digital display it is not analog but even the digital display has been made to look like analog readouts which is something I quite like you have the drive mode selected over here and ready sign to tell you that your EV is ready to drive let's talk about the screen nowadays every car has touchscreen infotainment system I think this is one of the prettiest touchscreen infotainment systems I have ever seen. And yes, I'm not lying, just look at the design and the finish of it. You still get quintessential toggle style switches over here. You still get a knob over here for the more important functions. And in this car, we can adjust the instrument cluster angle like this. And last but not the least, I quite like the clock over here. One interesting thing is that this entire design is done by the same person who is responsible for designing the iPhone. So you will definitely get to see Apple-like design elements here. But now let's talk about the car, finally. And that car, ladies and gentlemen, is this, the Ferrari Luce. Yes, the first ever all-electric car has made its debut in the Indian market as well. And as you can see, it's right here in all its glory. You must have seen this car a lot on the internet till now. Now, you can also see it live on Ferrari Universo. And I think this is a very big moment for the Indian market. First and foremost, what I want to talk about is the design of the car. Because, of course, we have to talk about it. And I'll be really honest. I don't think the pictures of this car is something that does justice to it. This actually looks a lot better, a lot more proportionate in real life. I think it's not as bad. as the internet makes out to be. I quite like the design of this car it's a little bit different especially seeing this in contrast to every other Ferrari model which is on display over here at Universe of Ferrari. So there you have it this is everything that's on display here at Universe of Ferrari and I think this marks a very important milestone not only for the Italian sports car maker but also for the Indian automobile enthusiast because when a brand like Ferrari takes India seriously you know there is good stuff planned for the future here at the press conference Ferrari CEO also came down and he said very clearly we believe in India and that's a very big statement to say they're not only expanding with more dealerships in the country but they are also planning more experiences for people with interests in cars like these and of course with budgets that can afford cars like these. So it's very heartening to see as an Indian automotive enthusiast that such interest is being taken in the Indian market. We can't wait to see what Ferrari does next in our country.
