Trump campaigns in deep-red Kansas, insists 'polls are fake'

President Donald Trump brushed away concerns about Kansas Sen. Roger Marshall, as the president heads to campaign in the solid-red state just two weeks before the midterm election.

“He’s, I think, he’s tied or up by a little bit, according to polls. Look, the polls are fake, but according to polls. So I want to make sure Roger Marshall gets in,” Trump told reporters on his way to a rally for Marshall in Park City, a suburb of Wichita, on Monday.
