Sean Higgins to stand trial in deaths of Gaudreau brothers

A judge held the final pretrial hearing in the case against Sean Higgins, who is accused of striking and killing brothers John and Matthew Gaudreau while driving under the influence in Salem County in August 2024.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin Dec. 1 and is expected to take about two weeks. The trial is set to begin during the first week of January, with testimony expected to last about a month.
