KARMIC DESTINY AND REINCARNATION | The Legend of the Mosquito | Vietnamese Period Drama (AI-Generated)

"Karmic Ties and Reincarnation" (Nghiệp Duyên Hóa Kiếp) is a work inspired by the Vietnamese folktale, "The Legend of the Mosquito."
Perhaps the most thought-provoking aspect of this story lies not only in Nhan Diep’s betrayal—driven by the allure of luxury and opulence—but also in Ngoc Tam’s own deep-seated attachment.
Consumed by love, he could not bear the thought of loss. Unable to let go, he clung desperately to a bond that had already reached its natural end.
Yet, in life, loving someone does not necessarily mean holding onto them at any cost.
There are connections that, the more one tries to hold on, only bring greater suffering to both parties.
What left the deepest impression on you after experiencing this story?
Was it Ngoc Tam’s love, Nhan Diep’s betrayal, or the profound lesson on the art of "letting go"?
