In the beautiful Franconian Forest of Bavaria, Germany, Chris and Caro have created a stunning modern tiny house that brings together the best of tiny house design and modular building.

This beautiful 42m² home takes a unique approach to small-space living. Combining the clever design philosophy of tiny houses with the flexibility of modular construction, the result is a striking modern home that's full of warmth, character and thoughtful design.

From the bold exterior architecture to the natural timber interior, clever use of space and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, there's a lot to love about this home!

Inspired by her travels through New Zealand, Caro returned to Germany with a dream of tiny house living. Together with Chris, they've created a wonderful place to put down roots, raise their family and enjoy a simpler way of life.
