Craziest Bull Moose Rut Pit We've Ever Filmed #moose #nature #animals

Rut pits are one of the sparkplugs of the rut, and we have been fortunate to film a good amount of them, but this one is a treasure to us. It’s our pleasure to share it with you today. This video is just the beginning of all the behavior that went on at this particular “mud hole”. There will be a Part 2 for sure.
An interesting fact that wasn’t mentioned in the video is that Fondue dug two pits within 40 feet of each other, he dug one two days in a row in the same spot.
