Join me as I am exploring the old streets of Tbilisi, discovering beautiful viewpoints and experiencing the city for the first time!
In this Tbilisi travel vlog, I spend two half-days exploring Georgia’s capital. From its local markets and historic streets to hillside viewpoints overlooking the city, I discover different sides of Tbilisi along the way, and some of the views on the second day become my favorite moments of the trip!
We begin at Dry Bridge Market, walk along the Kura River, explore the surrounding neighborhoods and stop for coffee at Shavi Coffee Roasters. Then we discover the famous Clock Tower area in the Old Town.
On the second day, we start with coffee at Baba Bakery before exploring Betlemi Street and climbing the Betlemi Street stairs to enjoy beautiful views over Tbilisi. We continue towards the Mother of Georgia statue, take the ropeway down, and finish our exploration at the iconic Bridge of Peace.
Along the way, I share my first impressions of Georgia, the kindness of the people, how easy it felt to communicate in English, and a few thoughts about Tbilisi’s reputation among digital nomads.
