‘RUSSIA NOW CONTROLS…’: Putin Declares Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk ‘FREE’ From Ukraine | Watch

Russian President Vladimir Putin has outlined Moscow’s latest battlefield claims in Ukraine, asserting that Russian forces have captured around 6,500 square kilometres of territory and 300 settlements since the beginning of the year. Putin says Russia has established control over the entire Luhansk region and is continuing efforts to secure its border areas. He also vowed that Moscow’s border security objectives would not depend on potential peace talks with Kyiv. Putin further warned that Russian forces would continue striking Ukraine’s military-industrial complex and infrastructure in response to attacks on Russian industrial and energy facilities.
