(641) My First Attempt at a Wave Swipe *Acrylic Pour*
How to create a wave with a swipe using the acrylic pour technique.
Follow along,
For today's acrylic pour, I'm doing a wave swipe with a damp paper towel. I'm going to be using white for my swipe color and then I have three different shades of blue for my wave. I have all of my colors mixed with American floetrol and just a touch of Australian floetrol. I find that the Australian floetrol creates beautiful cells and the advantage is, I don't need to use silicone which makes it easier to finish off the piece without extra cleaning.
My white did end up taking over slightly but with another swipe, tilt, and using my straw to manipulate the paint, I managed to get the balance I was hoping for.
