Aliyah Boston Should Be Even Better for Fever

Silver lining is Aaliyah Boston, almost as long as she's healthy, is guaranteed to be better next year than she was this year. But I do think getting back to some two-player game from Clark and Boston could be really beneficial. That was missing. More high-screen actions for Caitlin Clark in general, but some pick-and-roll, you know, it just disappeared. I remember there was a game, it was the game against the Chicago Sky when the Fever went to overtime. They ran a lot of pick-and-roll, and they won the game late, and Clark and AB had a huge game and Clark after the game talked about like we should do more of that you should do more of that and and AB is a very smart player as well like she um has her head on straight like as far as you know how she goes about things but also is a high IQ player out on the floor um and part of that's why she was a hub at times especially in 2025 and some of that carried over into 2026 that's not how i think they should run their offense but my point is they can play free flowing they can play improvisational style and she can read what the other teams are doing as well so I'd like to see more of a diet of that going into next season but for anybody who was critical of the contract I would have given Aaliyah Boston that contract a hundred times out of a hundred so I don't have a an issue with that whatsoever um and the good news about that is that you know she had to credit her she gutted it out all season long
