Trump demands death penalty for anyone who kills a firefighter

I don't know who the people are on top, because you've been trying to get the Honoring Our Fallen Heroes Act for years and years and years, and the Democrats gave you nothing, and they didn't give you respect either. So I think you ought to fire your top people that supported Kamala. Can you imagine? You have Trump and you have Kamala, and they supported Kamala. What were they thinking? And it's a joke, actually. She did absolutely nothing for you. And it's not because she was against you. She's incompetent. They're all incompetent. And I've directed the Department of Justice that anyone who murders a police officer, and I'm going to include, and nobody ever does this, I'm going to include, because of what I told you with going up the ladders, a firefighter. Can you do that, Todd? Anybody that murders a firefighter going up a ladder and they shoot them and they go away for three months or some reason. Death penalty, Todd. Okay? If we can do that. All right? That's a big deal. You'll see shootings will stop very quickly. The shooting will no longer stop. They'll call that an ancient crime. It never happens. So America owes our first responders a debt. It can never fully repay. But as president, I will always stand behind those who stand on the front lines of law enforcement, fighting fires, all of the things that you people do so courageously.
