Painting a Cottage Beneath a Glowing Sunset

I painted this countryside sunset landscape using acrylics on an 11 × 14-inch canvas. A winding path leads through golden fields toward a small house, set against a sky glowing with vibrant orange and pink hues.

The challenge here was to keep the sunset bright while balancing the warm tones with the purple of the hills and the greens of the landscape. Thanks to the visible palette view, you can watch how I mix colors and see the results of those mixtures once applied to the canvas.
