I think it's about time we showed off our new dog okay so we came to your new dog sorry so we came to the fort last time i was here emmy was with us emmy was with me and we came and what did we do last time at the fort what are you standing on look at the camera and talk loud come here girl get up say it again cleared off the top with the snow on top and we made it into piles yeah so i'm about maybe a foot and a half below emmy and that pile is from the top we were able to get rid of all the substantial amount of snow on top so we're going to spend some time here make up some hot chocolate talk to you about the dog and show the interaction between tripper and beauty the new dog there she is she's a good girl huh nice let's go see what she thinks of inside the fort okay call her she's obsessed with tripper come on the rabbit tracks go on beauty good girl there she go it's good girl what's going on hey bud face you're right she does have dark muzzle now make up some hot chocolate why do you look at me like that yeah she never seen one before we'll have to see how she acts around the fire so we need twigs and we need birch bark okay look at remember we put those up in the tree why did we put them up there that's right hello daisy they're both doing the exact same thing she's copying him she loves him strong she is she breaks the twiggies maybe strong but they're not quick going to see how she's going to react to fire for the first time now having tripper with me here with us here and him knowing how he's going gonna react it's probably not the greatest example for beauty got to get beauty out and used to being just with us in the woods no leash and she's doing amazing as you can see how old is she I mean eight weeks now maybe nine or ten even I think eight or nine we've had her for about a month not even so we've had her for what did you say a couple weeks to a month yeah well two or three weeks and she's she's being a great dog and tripper has been a great big brother zero aggression very interested in her lets her eat out of his bowl am let's what else does he let her do play with his toys he lets her take them from him no she just needs to learn one time I just don't want her fur to get all burned in the face of a bad experience with it but anyways Tripper lets her eat his food drink his water take his toys eat his bones there is zero aggression and I'm not exaggerating hey I mean so he's pretty good that way and I'm really really happy that he is because it was hit and miss there for it could have been hit and miss there for a little bit stop um with Tripper he could have been jealous he could have been obsessed with her he could have been a bunch of things but he's just actually a really good big brother and that's good because uh he needs to excel at something right Tripper you need to excel at something okay you think she got the gist of it you think she understands yeah she's not going near the fire anymore wearing the Durex pants like i said that's the first bit of dirt they've got on them so we'll see how well it washes off with their stretches just amazing i like to be able to stretch without feeling like my pants are gonna split no my butt's not big enough me and Scout were really really close and uh when i got Tripper Emmy and Tripper really just never bonded he really only bonded with me for the most part um so it was really important for me for us to get Emerald her own dog that she can bond with and sleep with and keep in her room you know so that's the reason for the labradoodle Beauty is a miniature labradoodle she should be getting anywhere from 30 to 50 pounds and uh if you would have said the name labradoodle to me a couple years ago i would have laughed at you but after having tripper there's something to be said about a calm sweet dog as opposed to a like a badass hyper dog anyways we're all really happy to have her and it was important for us to get emerald her own dog okay remember what we're gonna do you're good nice job i didn't even help you at all yeah color oh she sees you you good right into my tripod and pull the tarp back so we get some clearance for the smoke if you jump off don't jump into the pile of snow because it's going to be very hard move trip what you are there she is good girl you having fun yeah she's right here she knows now she didn't she's not going near it yeah what ones you want pass it through there throw them up Beauty tripper there she is hey Snoopy ears oh she's a good girl so we can melt some for water so we can have some hot chocolate said that weird some hot chocolate so we noticed beauty was shivering a little bit spent some time with her on my lap next to the fire and she's okay now but won't be able to stay out here for too much longer we'll get our hot chocolate down us and probably get out of here show you some life at home with the beauty too I fixed the rope so that I can slide it back and forth forth too much effort you saw that yeah I did she's right here you saw that on the overnighter I said I was gonna do that I had plans of renovating the fort today too but Emmy said she wanted to come out and I thought it might be a good idea to bring baby beauty out so we'll do that next time but no big deal this is a good introduction to beauty of the outdoors and a great introduction to you of the beauty come here beauty she's got that kind of fur where the snowballs uh collect in her pads in the grooves in her pads so that's going to be quite cold for her you want to eat that foot snow foot snowball pad no truck leave it i had a standard poodle before not sure if you guys are aware of that i sure have talked about it in uh videos we had him before we had scout um we had him in windsor hershey he was a standard poodle chocolate he was six years old and when we moved to sault ste marie to go to school for the first time uh he wouldn't stop freaking out in the apartment because he'd never been by himself so we had to bring him back to windsor to stay with will's parents and they gave him away so that was i had literally had nightmares about that for years really it traumatized me i never knew where that dog ended up or it's bad but uh anyway so her being the golden doodle there's a soft spot in my heart for the poodle part of it for sure we gotta get out of here soon we're gonna just I'm gonna warm her back up get this hot chocolate into us and go because I don't want this first trip to be detrimental to her wanting to go outside or anything like that I mean we're gonna get going okay we're gonna have this hot chocolate and go all right good girl so we've made it home right and look where the pups go no joke guys they love each other Oh, she sees me talking now.
