Community demanding action following weekend crash involving ICE vehicle in Harris County

An ICE operation in Houston resulted in a man, Miguel Parra, being struck by a vehicle during a pursuit. Parra remains hospitalized with severe leg and hip injuries. While ICE claims they were pursuing a specific suspect, advocacy groups allege the individuals in the vehicle were not the intended targets and criticize Parra's current custody under ICE agents.
