Ramanujacharya's Visit to Kashmir --- Entitled Bhashyakara

One of the names of Ramanujacharya is Bhashyakara. Once he went to Kashmir to write commentary on Brahma Su:thra:s . There Sarswathi matha appeared in front of him and asked to give the interpretation of Kapyasam Pundari:kam Eva Akshini. When Ramanuja gave his interpretation, Sarswathi matha was so impressed and called him affectionately by the name Bhashyakara and presented him the idol of Hyagreeva.
