Surprised With Milwaukee’s New Jump Starter!

Hey guys, in today's video I actually have the perfect chance to test out something that Milwaukee sent me. This is their M18 Hotshot. This Xterra here has been sitting here for probably seven or eight months. No charger hooked up to it. I know the battery's gonna be dead as can be so I'm gonna see if this thing can crank it. Stay tuned. Y'all Riley is out here with me but he's in the van because he thinks we're going somewhere. Let me see what do I need to do to be ready to use is much of anything just put a battery on it and turn it on okay so the battery thing is not even i have forgotten how to open the hood thought it was down here somewhere there we go normally there's a little red flashing light in there all right as you can tell this thing has been sitting here for a while so let's hook this thing up to it put a um battery on this and first let's see what it can tell us okay i got this hooked up and it don't look like hmm let's see if we can figure out how to work this thing it ain't showing me no voltage so this battery is completely dead all right so we're waiting on the internal capacitor to charge and when it says ready i'm supposed to have 30 seconds to charge excuse me i'm supposed to have 30 seconds to go crank the car hey boy i'll bring you back in just a sec now it says we're up to 100, let's all right what am i supposed to do next when in doubt read the instructions okay we're going up to 100 it cranked up i don't believe it it did it cranked it right up like nothing okay to me that's pretty impressive to take a battery that is at zero completely dead and be able to crank it just like that i'm impressed i don't think i need to carry jumper cables with me anymore that that was pretty that's pretty slick i hope you liked the video if you did how about like and subscribe and i'll try to leave a link to this um what is it a hot shot in the description thanks for watching
