My solo road trip along the Welsh coast continues, and today I'm heading to beautiful Llangrannog - with a mission… I desperately need a shower! 😂🚐
I'd discovered there's a shower right by the beach, so this was supposed to be a lovely, relaxing stop: get cleaned up, explore the village and enjoy another beautiful part of the Welsh coast.
But things don't quite work out that way.
I encounter something that genuinely panics me, and although everything ultimately turns out okay, it shakes my confidence enough to make me seriously reconsider some of the places I'd planned to visit over the next few days.
That's something I'm beginning to learn about travelling alone in a van — sometimes you've got to listen to yourself, know your limits and be prepared to change the plan.

After spending almost two years living full-time in my van while my house was being renovated, I moved back home - but I never stopped missing the freedom of life on the road.
So I've decided to give full-time vanlife another go. 🚐❤️
This time there's a challenge: can I build enough online income to pay my mortgage back home AND support a life of travelling in my van?
I've worked out that I need to earn around £100 a day, so I'm sharing the real journey as I try to make that happen - the adventures, beautiful park-ups, costs, income, unexpected problems and everything that doesn't quite go to plan!
